The tubing processing branch factory occupies 22 hectares of land and has more than 100 sets of various machine tools, in which there are 2 national-advanced steel pipe upsetting lines, 1 national-advanced tubing heat treatment line, and 8 tubing and casing processing lines. The automatic non-destructive inspection unit imported from America. It provides full detection of longitudinal and transverse defects on both inside and outside surface of the tubing, and the machine has the functions of steel grade comparison and wall thickness measuring.
